About the Product; KELLOM Fer, containing 6.0% EDDHA Fe (Iron) with an ortho-ortho value of 4.2, is used against Iron (Fe) deficiency in fruit trees, viticulture, pistachios, strawberries, greenhouse and open-field vegetable production, and all types of agricultural production and ornamental plants.

KellomFer: When soil pH is above 7, the activity of soluble and available Iron decreases to a minimum. In plant production above pH 7, Iron (Fe) deficiency (also known as Chlorosis) becomes inevitable. Iron (Fe) activates many enzymes (Catalase, oxidase, etc.) in the plant, initiating certain biochemical reactions. In its absence, these reactions are disrupted, chlorophyll structure deteriorates, and leaves turn yellow. Deficiency manifests as interveinal yellowing in young leaves. In severe deficiencies, leaves begin to dry out from the tips. Apart from high pH, excess Phosphate and Nitrate, consumption of Iron by cultivated plants, excessive moisture, etc., are the main factors causing Iron (Fe) deficiency. The most effective way to remedy Iron deficiency in plant production is to use EDDHA chelated Iron (Fe).

This product can be applied both through soil and foliar methods. The dose, adjusted according to the cultivated plant, is diluted with the necessary amount of water and injected into the irrigation system for soil applications, or sprayed onto leaves with sufficient water for foliar applications. Although it can be mixed with other fertilizers and pesticides, always perform a preliminary test before mixing. During application, nothing should be eaten or drunk, and care should be taken to avoid skin contact; if contact occurs, wash thoroughly with clean water. Foliar application is not recommended on windy, dewy, frosty, or rainy days. Application should be done in the morning or late afternoon. Store the product in a sheltered place (at 5-35 °C) away from children and pets. It is recommended to use fertilizer after performing leaf and/or soil analysis.
